International Teamworks, Inc. (ITI)

Company created by distributors for distributors from the ground floor up

When we at Money Maker’s Monthly discovered that a company named International Teamworks, Inc. (ITI) had a corporate philosophy stating "Our representatives come first," our first response was "Yeah, sure." But, what we’ve discovered is that these guys really mean it. A breath of fresh air now blows through the network marketing industry and many representatives are leaving companies that promise much and deliver little to join the ITI revolution. We wanted to feature International Teamworks, Inc. as our "New Kid On The Block," in section three, because even though its their fourth year of business, they have gathered over 35,000 reps – most of them in the last five months. ITI had to be chosen as our "Company of the Month."

A company where the people come first

We at Money Maker's Monthly knew that we'd found a winner when we featured International Teamworks, Inc. (ITI) as our company of the month one year ago. Time has proven us correct. Now in its fifth year of business, ITI is turning the entrepreneurial world upside down with its unique approach to building a business. Simply put, it is way ahead of the rest of the industry by leading with a company philosophy stating, Our Representatives Come First. Surely that philosophy, and a pay plan that backs it up, is what has led to a growth rate of over 6,225 percent in 1998 and 1999.

More pay for more reps more of the time

Ray Kroc revolutionized the food industry and Sam Walton changed the way we shop. Now ITI is poised to change the face of network marketing. International Teamworks, Inc. (ITI) was founded by brothers Stuart and Steve Finger, and from the start it’s been a company built on the success of its reps. Those who become part of the ITI team experience growing residuals on services such as long-distance and Internet access rather than the frustration of dust-bunny-breeding inventory.

ITI founded its success on services such as long-distance, cellular phones and Internet access. By offering substantial discounts to customers and simple qualifications to reps, they created a company that experienced explosive growth while many network marketing companies languished.

Unwilling to rest on their laurels, the brothers, along with COO Sam Mabanag, CFO Steve Allmer, and a fanatically devoted staff have brought ITI to the peak of a new wave of expansion.
