APPLICATION:
Application of mom's secret for symptoms of pre-menstrual syndrome, pre-menopause, menopause.
Studies have shown that certain tissues have better absorption than other. Research has found that the palms of hands, bottom of feet, and the ticklish area underneath the arm pits are more effective.
1st to the 5th day of the cycle no application of mom's secret
(cycling meaning during menstruation)Day 6: 1/4 tsp. To left palm of hand and rubbing into right bottom of foot.
Day 7: 1/4 tsp. To 1/2 tsp. To right palm of hand and rubbing into hand and left bottom of foot.
Day 8: 1/4-1/2 tsp. to right palm of hand to the left side under arm pit where ticklish area is.
Day 9: apply to left palm of hand to the right side under arm pit where ticklish area.
Day 10: repeat the steps above until the 22nd day of cycle.
Discontinue application after 22nd, until the 6th day of menstruation.
Continue mom's secret on 6th day using the steps above.
Note: after first day of discontinuing mom's secret spotting is normal.
During the 1st to the 6th day of
menstruation, if severe cramping occurs use mom's secret apply mom's secret across the ovary and uterine area every 12 hours until cramping subsides.|
