FlexiBatt™

FlexiBatt™ is a high-performance flexible fire-rated system designed for simple and effective compartmentalisation in walls and floors for linear gap seals and large openings. When used in conjunction with FlexiCoat-MAK™, it provides a certified firestopping solution offering exceptional movement capability and acoustic performance. The elastomeric FlexiCoat-MAK™ coating allows for up to 50% movement, providing a reliable, flexible seal where structural or service movement is expected.

Constructed from 80kg/m³ stone wool, BOSS FlexiBatt™ is lightweight, highly durable and engineered for ease of installation across cavity barriers, linear joint seals and mixed-service penetrations. It is unaffected by oil and fungus, is halogen and asbestos-free, and contains low VOCs, making it safe and suitable for indoor use. The system provides long-term performance and can be friction-fitted and sealed quickly onsite via trowel, brush or pour application methods.
