FireMastic-HPE
FireMastic-HPE™ is a graphite-based, high pressure exerting fire-resistant intumescent sealant engineered to reinstate fire performance across walls, and floors where services penetrate fire-rated construction. In a fire situation, FireMastic-HPE™ expands up to 40 times its volume, applying high pressure expansion to close and seal voids left by melting combustibles, integrity and insulation are then maintained by the stability of the resilient protective char, preventing the spread of fire, smoke and hot gases.
Designed for maximum versatility, FireMastic-HPE™ is tested and approved for use on a wide range of plumbing, electrical and HVAC/R services, including lagged copper and Paircoil bundles, PEX, PEX-AL-PEX, CPVC, HDPE and uPVC pipes, as well as power, data and communications cabling. It delivers class-leading performance with up to FRL -/240/240, compliant to AS1530.4:2014 and AS4072.1-2005, and offers market-leading confidence for installers and certifiers across apartments, commercial buildings, healthcare, education and infrastructure projects.

Testing
FireMastic-HPE™ is fully tested and approved to AS1530.4:2014 and AS4072.1-2005, achieving fire resistance levels up to FRL -/240/240.
Approved for installation in fire rated plasterboard, Hebel & AAC, Speedpanel, Korok, Stratawall, Shaftliner, Cross Laminated Timber, masonry and concrete wall & floor systems. Tested and listed for chemical compatibility with FlowGuard Gold®, BlazeMaster® and Corzan® piping systems and Spears CPVC systems.
