PenoPatch™

BOSS PenoPatch™ is a fast-install, fire-rated putty patch engineered for sealing small service penetrations and blank openings in fire-rated walls. Made from an advanced fire-resistant putty with strong adhesion, it simply presses into place to instantly reinstate fire separation. The product can be installed in 30-seconds. Suitable for both new builds and existing sites, it is widely used by electricians & fire protection professionals.

Supplied as 60mm or 100mm diameter discs, PenoPatch™ provides up to 60 minutes fire protection for individual cables, small bundled cables, conduits and pipes up to 16mm diameter, as well as blank penetrations in multiple certified wall systems. Installation is clean, tool-free, and requires no curing time, making it ideal for difficult access points and high-volume environments.

Testing

BOSS PenoPatch™ is tested and approved to AS1530.4:2014, AS4072.1-2005, achieving up to FRL -/60/60 depending on service type, substrate thickness and configuration.

Performance approvals include single and multiple cable types, metallic and PEX pipes up to 16mm diameter, and blank seals across a variety of wall substrates. Compliance must be verified using the BOSS Fire System Matrix, ensuring correct aperture sizing and tested system selection.
