UniWrap®

BOSS UniWrap® is a universal high-expansion intumescent pipe wrap designed to protect combustible and thermally conductive service penetrations through fire-rated walls and floors. Engineered to seal penetrations during a fire event, UniWrap® expands rapidly to close the service opening and prevent the spread of fire, smoke and hot gases, reinstating the fire resistance performance of the separating element.

Suitable for a wide range of substrates and service types, UniWrap® is approved for use with uPVC, cPVC sprinkler pipes, Pex, PP-R, PE and HDPE combustible pipes. It also caries testing on lagged steel/copper/iron pipes with Thermobreak® insulation. Designed for simple, clean and tool-free installation, UniWrap® wraps around the pipe or insulation and is friction-fitted into the annular gap. The wrap is non-toxic, halogen-free, asbestos-free, and resistant to fungus, vermin and moisture, making it suitable for commercial, industrial and residential environments.
